I think i've just got a bad set of disks but its still the most annoying error ridden user/player unfriendly game i've ever played. Ive lost count of the times i've re-installed the game Nvidia 8800 512 (with up to date drivers)Įven tried to iso the dvds to install and play it from the hard drive this didnt work due to the securon thing and still got CRC errors I have had the zlib20 error before (at a Vlad mission) and the re-install worked for a few more missions.
Im sure that this is caused by the new patch, because with patch 1.4 my gta iv worked pretty good. Yesterday i started to play again and i was shocked as i saw how bad the perfomance became. No mate I don't have any mods its brand new out the box, its the full compete edition although ive not put EFLC on yet(i thought it would be error free by now haha ) got it from amazon had it about 2 weeks all I've done is update to the latest patch v.
